ATTORNEY SEAN BROWN PERSUADES FEDERAL COURT TO GRANT COMPASSIONATE RELEASE
FBI agents arrested the defendant in connection with a Brinks Truck Robbery. The evidence was overwhelming, so the defendant client pleaded guilty to the federal offense charged against him. Facing a minimum of 111 months of incarceration, The Law Office of Sean Brown successfully urged the federal court to deviate below the minimum penalty, and the court sentenced the defendant to 87 months of incarceration. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Law Office of Sean Brown then filed a motion with the federal court for early release, and the federal court granted the motion and released the defendant from federal prison after serving only 24 months of an 87 month sentence.

THE LAW OFFICE OF SEAN BROWN WINS BREACH OF CONTRACT CASE
The consumer purchased a vehicle online from a private seller. The private seller advertised the vehicle as being in good condition and assured the consumer that the vehicle had no mechanical defects. 10 days after the consumer purchased the vehicle, the car's engine and transmission began to leak. The consumer later learned that the vehicle was previously salvaged, and the car had a rebuilt title. The Law Office of Sean Brown sued the private seller for the costs of repairs and, after trial, the court awarded a judgment in favor of the consumer.

ATTORNEY SEAN BROWN CONVINCES COURT TO RETURN CHILD TO MOTHER
The child was taken from school by the father without the mother's knowledge or permission. The father then prevented the mother from having any access to the child for several days. The Law Office of Sean Brown filed an emergency motion to return the child and, after a hearing, the court ordered the father to return the child back to the mother's custody.

THE LAW OFFICE OF SEAN BROWN WINS HUGE SETTLEMENT FOR VICTIM OF CAR CRASH
The victim was involved in a rear-end motor vehicle collision where the impact was so strong that it sent her vehicle crashing into a tree causing her to sustain serious injury. The Law Office of Sean Brown filed suit against the motorist and insurance company responsible for the collision. After several months of negotiations, the insurance company agreed to settle the case in an amount that highly exceeded the victim's expectations.

THE LAW OFFICE OF SEAN BROWN SUCCESSFULLY URGES JUDGE TO CHANGE RULING
A driver was arrested for DUI after being involved in a car accident, and the driver told police officers he had been drinking. The driver has a commercial driver's license, so his very livelihood was at stake. The Law Office of Sean Brown filed a petition to rescind the statutory summary suspension, but the judge denied the petition. Attorney Sean Brown then filed a motion to reconsider explaining to the judge how her decision was contrary to the caselaw, and the judge reversed her decision, which prevented the motorist's license from being suspended.
